Once the application is complete on the online version, the customer will be contacted for a site visit by our installation experts. Recommendations will be discussed and initial costs paid to meet customer requirements before installation. This takes maximum of one week.
Initial installation for required equipment, installation labor charges and first month payment is approximately between KSh 8000 to Ksh 10,000. Variation depends on requirements for specific clients depending on client’s position.
This is the waiting period which is about one week.
The customer may be denied access to services for many reasons including nonpayment, tampering with equipment and any fraudulent activities related to the services we offer.
Once the reason for discontinuing services is discussed and resolved with the customer, the customer regains the right of access to the services under the agreement conditions initially signed for.
